Strongorganic provides everyday healthy eating support through consulting, personalised non-medical plans, educational products, and structured programs. All offerings are educational in nature and do not constitute medical services.

2. Policy Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational resources and booking our services. This policy sets out the circumstances in which refunds are available. It operates alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights under consumer protection legislation.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the timing of your request, and whether the offering has been substantially consumed or delivered. Each category below provides specific conditions. Where this policy offers more generous terms than required by law, those terms apply. Where the law provides greater protection, the law prevails.

3. Digital Educational Products

Digital products include downloadable workbooks, meal planning templates, seasonal produce charts, reflection journals, and video lesson bundles delivered electronically.

3.1 Fourteen-Day Satisfaction Period

If you purchase a digital educational product and find that it does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than twenty percent of the total material. This condition exists because digital products cannot be returned once fully accessed.

3.2 Technical Delivery Failure

If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing a purchased product within forty-eight hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to either a corrected delivery or a full refund at your choice.

3.3 Material Defects

If an educational product contains significant errors, broken download links, or missing sections that we cannot remedy within five business days of your report, you may receive a full refund regardless of the fourteen-day window.

3.4 Bundle Purchases

When products are sold as a bundle, refunds are calculated based on the standalone price of unaccessed items within the bundle. Accessed items are deducted from the refund amount at their individual listed prices.

4. Consulting Sessions

4.1 Client Cancellation

If you cancel a scheduled consulting session at least twenty-four hours before the confirmed start time, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session may receive a fifty percent refund or one complimentary rescheduling opportunity, at our discretion based on the circumstances you describe.

4.2 Provider Cancellation

If Strongorganic cancels a session due to consultant unavailability or technical failure, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling, whichever you prefer. We will notify you as soon as practicable and no later than twelve hours before the scheduled time.

4.3 Completed Sessions

Consulting sessions that have been delivered in full are generally non-refundable, as the service has been rendered. If you believe a session did not match the described scope, contact us within seven days with specific details. We will review the concern and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another appropriate remedy.

4.4 Personalised Plan Fees

Fees for personalised non-medical eating plans include research, drafting, and delivery time. If you cancel before draft delivery, a full refund is available. After draft delivery but before your review meeting, a fifty percent refund is available. After the review meeting, the plan fee is non-refundable unless a material defect is identified.

5. Programs and Challenges

5.1 Before Program Start

If you enrol in a structured program or challenge and request a refund before the published start date, you receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees charged by third-party gateways, which we will itemise in your refund confirmation.

5.2 Within the First Week

If you withdraw during the first seven days after the program start date and have accessed fewer than two modules, you may receive a seventy percent refund. This accounts for administrative and onboarding costs incurred at program commencement.

5.3 After the First Week

Enrolment fees are non-refundable after the first seven days of an active program, except where required by Australian Consumer Law due to a major failure in service delivery. Continued access to materials already released is not guaranteed after withdrawal.

5.4 Program Cancellation by Provider

If we cancel an entire program before completion due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, all participants receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled program within fourteen business days.

6. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major failure includes situations where the educational product is substantially unfit for its disclosed purpose, cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, or differs so significantly from the description that a reasonable consumer would not have purchased it. If you believe a major failure has occurred, contact us with supporting details. We will assess your claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and respond within ten business days.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless an exception applies. By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins. This consent, when requested, is obtained separately at the point of purchase.

For services not yet performed, you may withdraw within fourteen days of contract conclusion. If you request that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be liable for a proportionate amount for services already rendered.

8. How to Request a Refund

  • PayPal and digital wallets: Refunded within three to seven business days after approval.
  • Bank transfer payments: Refunded via direct transfer within ten business days. You must provide correct account details.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds except where required by law:

  • Free resources, sample downloads, and newsletter content.
  • Digital products accessed in full beyond the fourteen-day satisfaction window.
  • Completed consulting sessions without documented service failure.
  • Program enrolments after the first seven days without a major service failure.
  • Third-party fees such as payment gateway charges, which are non-recoverable from our processors.
  • Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient, though the original purchaser may transfer refund eligibility before redemption.

11. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and result in temporary suspension of access to purchased materials while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is found to be invalid after we provide evidence of service delivery, you remain liable for the original purchase amount and associated dispute fees where permitted by law.
